lore.land is a show that is also a book. Thirteen chapters, paced like episodes and built to hold up like structure. Reading and watching are both ways in. It should help authors move from notes into ebooks and public narrative they want to keep. Write at a human pace.
The work is made where it can be seen — chapters develop in the open, the process is posted while it is still wrong, and the repository stays public. That is not a distribution strategy so much as how collaborators have actually arrived: someone finds the videos, then finds the work behind them.
RPG Wednesday is the live proving ground under that horizon. Characters like WAPboy, Honk Bazongas, and Gravy Davis get pressure-tested in session form before they harden into serial canon — a table is the cheapest place to find out that a figure does not survive contact with other people. What holds becomes chapter material; what does not stays at the table, which is the same return pass the corpus runs on itself.
Treat lore.land as a pantry for homebrew campaigns. Characters, places, motifs, and scenes are ingredients. Some of those ingredients become laminated folio art on the Art route. Some TikTok group chats with streaks — 314 days on September 17, pet in outfits — spend RPG Wednesday making art and telling stories around this canon. A small, otherwise inconsequential wonder is enough to bring.

Author onboarding
Start from notes, a manuscript, or a table that already works. You do not need a new writing format first. lore.land is the public companion where those notes become a reading surface instead of staying in a vault. If you want a home like this for your own series, creator work has a door. People already writing readable .scene files for a shared scene record can keep that path—it is not a requirement.
Show production, at table scale
Monday a seed, Wednesday the table, the 13th or 26th a close. A doodle that survives play can become a pantry ingredient or a chapter beat. The pantry stays free. Doodlers start at the table, not at a paywall.

RPG Wednesday is the cheapest stage: other people touch the figure. What does not survive stays a doodle. What holds can be captioned, photographed, and cited.

A close can mint a folio issue, a series-home chapter, or nothing. Collaboration is later.
Signal Studies
These studies let lore.land carry a register of its own: pages from the original Lore Land folios beside one darker seed pod, sitting inside the warmer site field without asking every page to darken with them. They also help define the tone for a world where computation can be narrated as a kind of universal magic without losing its engineering spine.
Palette
The home surface stays warm and conversational. Lore.land can hold a heavier material language: darker stone, brighter signal, slower orbit. That weight helps the domain feel more like a reading environment than a loose moodboard.
If this register keeps growing, it can earn tuned variants later instead of being flattened into the baseline palette too early. The goal is a worldbuilding and ebook surface authors can actually inhabit.
