A folio a day, and the question it asks
Each day this page holds one scanned piece and the question its sidecar opens with. The choice comes from the date, so every reader sees the same piece today and a different one tomorrow, and nobody edits the page for it to change. Every scan intake grows the rotation.
Without script the rotation cannot choose a day; every piece still hangs on the shelf, each with its question.
What this demo decides, and what it does not
It decides that a surface can stay fresh by day from what the sidecars already record, through one small date seed any page can use. It does not decide where the day's piece belongs: Home, Now, or the promo cycle are all candidates, and each is a placement to approve in a browser first.
