Folio primes, frame by frame

One stock of hand-lettered cutouts, laid on a clear sheet and rearranged twenty-five times, scanned in order. The black behind them was the scanner lid, so it is gone: pick a ground, and the cutouts cast their own shadows. Step through the frames with the arrow keys, or follow one cutout and watch where it goes.

What this demo decides, and what it does not

It decides that a sequence of arrangements can be stepped and followed with no script: the frames are radio buttons, so the arrow keys move one frame at a time and a dashed edge marks where no cutout carries over. It does not decide timing, motion between frames, or which ground a page uses. Each frame's ~imagine line is the seed its sidecar holds for Grok Imagine; a clip that returns would play in the gap between two frames that share cutouts, then settle back on the scan, which stays the reading layer. Approve or redirect it in a browser before this becomes a route.
