The baseline operator returns attention to the local default. It is the calm member, the ground reference, and the path back from projection.

Return to the local baseline, member, or default lens. This is the operator for releasing a cast without losing the field.

Baseline is zero reference: perception before elevation, force, or projection.

Baseline discharges excess brace charge. It lets a surface settle rather than remain permanently heightened.

Prefix .x reads a member through the default register. Postfix x. marks a return to rest after the unit resolves.
