The normalize operator places unlike values on a scale you can see. They become comparable, and they keep their names.

Compare or rescale. The scale stays visible beside the result, so the comparison can be trusted.

What it means

The mark is a measure, a shared scale. Each value can still show what it was before the scale.

Brace Physics

The brace brings uneven charge onto one scale. The conversion stays inspectable, and the names of the values stay with them.

Before and after

Prefix %x primes a unit for scaling. Postfix x% marks that the unit has been converted for comparison.
