^ lifts parts into a whole you can open. The body stays readable, and the path back to the draft stays with the block. The runtime calls it integration; object is its public alias.

Contract
In hand
Open the block, or read its keys, role, and summary when it stays closed.
What it means
The mark makes an implicit whole addressable. The path you leave by is the path back.
Brace Physics
The brace condenses parts into a block. What was found inside stays stored, and the path back sits on the boundary.
Before and after
Prefix ^x asks the next unit to rise into structure. Postfix x^ marks a unit that has become abstracted after reading.
