The pragma operator applies force, constraint, or runtime hint. It names what the surface should obey before interpretation continues.

Contract

Apply or inspect a runtime force or constraint. A pragma should never silently mutate unrelated surfaces.

Pragma is force injection: constraint entering the system as a named condition.

A pragma brace carries high charge. It needs visible boundaries, decay rules, and an inspectable reason for its force.

Prefix !x applies force before contact. Postfix x! marks a discharged force or constraint after contact.
