# Vibration
The plain hash names a resonance before it is a frame or a layer. The mark lets a tone travel across files, prompts, and scans before it has a route.
Contract
In hand
Mark a tone before the idea has a room. A later frame, concept, scene, or direction can find that tone.
What it means
The mark is resonance prior to address. A later frame, scene, or direction can find the hum, because the tone was already in the air.
Brace Physics
A vibration does not yet store a room. It coats a later brace so the same tone can be recognized there.
Before and after
A bare #x names the hum. #> promotes it to a frame. #: promotes it to a layer.
